ECE to Open Its First Shopping Mall in Bulgaria

The newest shopping mall in the Bulgarian capital – Serdika Centre – is going to be opened on March 16, 2010. This has been announced by its manager, Atanas Radev.

More than 96% of the space in the new mall has been let. The total investment in the project amounts to €210m. The investors are the Austrian Sparkassen Immobilien and ECE Project Management. Serdika Centre has 51,000 m2 of commercial and 32,000 m2 of office space.
