We focus on identifying infrastructural, foreign and domestic investment projects which generate significant property development growth opportunities. We secure land at aggressive values, and then add value by combining contiguous plots which we rezone and finally sell with a targeted exit investor in mind.

To date we have sold 3 projects at gains of 150% or above – each in less than 18 months.
