Luxurious Bulgarian lakeshore scheme
26/07/2008 Irish Examiner HIGH-END Bulgarian syndicate, Odessa property investments, has launched its fifth syndicate aimed at raising €4.1m from Irish and UK investors. The funds will be used to build a luxury residential development on a lakeshore front location in an affluent suburb of Sofia, Bulgaria.
