Established in 2004 ODESSA Investments is a development and investment company focusing chiefly on landmark office, retail, logistics and commercial hospitality property opportunities in Bulgaria and Romania.

We follow closely the macroeconomic and microeconomic progress in the region and pay careful attention to how this translates into specific infrastructural, foreign and domestic investment projects.

We represent and partner a variety of international property investment companies, funds and institutions in the acquisition and development of commercial and large mixed use developments in Bucharest, Sofia and Varna. In addition we run our own syndicates funds ranging between €3 - €5m of equity investment.

Our locally based expert teams combine British, Irish, American experience with local staff each with extensive experience, knowledge & network in their respective property markets. We define entry, execution and exit strategy for each commercial opportunity we investigate, and apply extensive legal, commercial and infrastructural due diligence. We have established invaluable connections to influential market players including planning authorities, construction companies, industry associations, legal representatives, ministries & local banks. We work with a select number of agents to supply us with "off market" opportunities as this is the most effective method of securing the best opportunities, rezoning and planning permissions.
