Introducing ODESSA Investments
Odessa Investments was established in 2004 and focuses on real estate opportunities in Eastern European emerging markets. The group targets sustainable long term investment and development opportunities through a risk assessed and research backed approach.
We target investments in the mid market range up to €50m of equity; this ensures that we achieve a portfolio approach with our equity allocation. The team brings experienced analysis, structuring, financing and execution experience to all deals undertaken.

Our fundamental methodology is to establish strong local teams in the markets in which we operate. Each local office has a blended combination of western management with local expertise and connections. We will replicate this approach as we enter new markets, taking up to 12 months preparation before deploying capital in new countries.
We are a small professional team which reacts quickly to opportunities and changes in the market, thus enabling an efficient decision making and execution processes. Investment decisions are only made after significant analysis, due diligence and are subject to a unanimous investment committee approval.
The group currently manages 5 private client funds which are focused in the markets of Romania and Bulgaria. These investments range from early stage land consolidation to mid range commercial development projects. Odessa is planning 3 new funds targeting institutional equity and these will be in the range of €150 – 300 million in equity.
Furthermore the group is expanding operations into Serbia, the Ukraine, Croatia and Turkey where we will be exercising the same conservative approach to real estate investment.
