We acquire, JV and develop commercial and large mixed use developments.
We also run our own syndicated funds ranging between €3m -5m of equity investment.
Our first property syndicate will liquidate in September 2008 with projected net returns of over 100% in under 2 and a half years.
Our second syndicate is projected to return at least 75% by the end of 2008 and our third syndicate was recently valued by
Cushman and Wakefield at 60% gain in just 6 months. Individual investors can enter a syndicate with an investment of €50,000 or above.
